I can talk your ear off about music, movies, and photography — but when it comes to writing, to actually committing myself to words, I find it really hard. And something about publishing fills me with existential dread. This blog is trying to tackle this. I repeat to myself constantly: nobody cares; you are not famous.
So instead of an about page, I saw now section in a few other places, and I like it more than about.

On writing - I am currently reading Ursula K. Le Guin - Steering the Craft. You might see posts that are inspired by the book's exercise section.
On photography - currently editing my last family photo trip. In the midst of printing and sequencing before putting it all in a handmade photo book.
On cycling - currently committed to doing a 200 km ride at the end of September, so trying to squeeze all necessary rides into each week is a challenge in itself.
On reading - I'm wrapping up Children of Ruin. This is a hardcover I picked from the library, and on Kindle I have James loaded up.
